These terms apply when you use BookMyBills, a service of OpenArabia, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

BookMyBills reads the bills and documents your team sends, prepares accounting entries, and posts them to your accounting software after you approve them.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, the people you invite, and keeping your sign-in details safe. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

3. You approve what posts

BookMyBills uses AI and can make mistakes. Every entry waits for your approval, and you are responsible for checking it before you approve. BookMyBills does not give tax, legal or accounting advice.

4. Your data

Your documents and entries belong to you. You give us permission to use them only to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle them.

5. Fair use

Do not use BookMyBills for anything unlawful, to send documents you have no right to share, or to try to break or overload the service.

6. Plans and payment

Plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance. Prices are in SAR and exclude 15% VAT. If you go over your plan’s bills, extra bills are charged at the rate shown on our pricing. You can cancel any time; a plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

7. Other services

BookMyBills works with WhatsApp and your accounting software. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their availability.

8. Availability

We work to keep BookMyBills running at all times, but it may sometimes be down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Ending the service

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can ask us for an export of your data before your account is closed.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh decide any dispute.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you in the app before big changes take effect.
