Does my team need to install anything?
No. You add BookMyBills to the WhatsApp groups your team already uses. They keep sending bills there like today.
What can it read?
Tax invoices, simplified invoices, cash bills, receipts, delivery notes, credit and return notes, transfer slips, PDFs and voice notes. Arabic and English.
How does it handle VAT?
It reads the ZATCA QR and the supplier VAT number. No VAT number on the bill, or VAT you can’t claim (like entertainment or gifts), and the VAT goes to cost instead of input VAT.
What happens when it isn’t sure?
It asks in the group, as a reply to that bill. The entry waits under Needs answer until someone replies.
Will it book the same bill twice?
No. The same bill sent by two people, or the same photo twice, is caught and booked once.
Does anything post without my approval?
Never. Your accountant sees each entry beside the original photo, fixes it if needed, and approves. It never pays or touches your bank.
Which accounting software does it work with?
Zoho Books, ERPNext, Odoo, Ethicfin, Fujishka Cloud and Polosys Cloud. Each one connects by API.

Who sees our data?
