BookMyBills costs SAR 999 a month for up to 300 bills (Starter), SAR 2,499 for up to 1,000 bills (Growth) and SAR 4,999 for up to 3,000 bills across up to 3 companies (Multi-branch). Enterprise is custom. Prices exclude 15% VAT. Yearly plans get 2 months free.

What is in every plan?
- Bills from your WhatsApp groups: photos, PDFs and voice notes, Arabic and English
- Supplier, VAT number, 15% VAT and account read for you, with the original photo beside each entry
- Duplicate bills caught, and questions asked in the group when something is unclear
- Posting by API to Zoho Books, ERPNext, Odoo, Ethicfin, Fujishka Cloud or Polosys Cloud after approval
What else should I know?
- Growth adds bank reconciliation and sales. Multi-branch covers up to 3 companies and priority support. Enterprise adds any number of companies, setup and rules done for you and a named contact at OpenArabia.
- Extra bills are SAR 2.50 each, and we move you up a plan the moment it is cheaper.
- Set it up yourself for free, or we do it for you from SAR 1,500 once.
- Cancel any time. Yearly billing gets 2 months free.

Is it for accounting firms too?
Yes. Accounting and bookkeeping firms use one login to review bills for many client companies, each kept separate. Firm pricing is per client company.
