BookMyBills is made by OpenArabia, the Riyadh accounting firm behind the books of 120+ companies in Saudi Arabia. We built it because our own clients' bills arrived as photos in WhatsApp groups, and typing them into the books was the slowest part of every month.
Who we are
OpenArabia keeps the books, supervises accounts and acts as fractional CFO for companies across Saudi Arabia. Our accountants work in Zoho Books, ERPNext, Odoo and other accounting software every day, and our clients' teams send us bills on WhatsApp.
What we believe
- Staff should not have to learn accounting software to hand in a bill.
- Software should prepare the work, and a person should approve it.
- The original bill should always sit beside the entry.
- Your money is never touched: BookMyBills does not pay, transfer or message anyone outside your groups.
