No. Staff keep sending bills in the WhatsApp groups they already use. Only the accountant and owner open BookMyBills, in the browser on a phone or laptop.

Tax invoices, simplified invoices, cash bills, receipts, delivery notes, credit and return notes, transfer slips, PDFs and voice notes, in Arabic and English. A voice note like "paid 85 for diesel" becomes an entry, and BookMyBills asks for the receipt.

Yes. It reads Arabic and English bills, including bilingual Saudi tax invoices, and voice notes in any language. Replies in the group are in English.

Yes. When a bill carries a ZATCA (Fatoora) QR code, BookMyBills reads the seller name, VAT number, date, total and VAT from it and checks them against the printed bill.

It reads the ZATCA QR and the supplier VAT number, and books 15% input VAT only on a valid tax invoice from a VAT-registered supplier. No VAT number on the bill, or VAT you can't claim (like entertainment or gifts), and the VAT goes to cost instead of input VAT.

It asks in the WhatsApp group, as a reply to that bill. The entry waits under Needs answer until someone replies. It never guesses and posts.

Nothing posts on its own. Your accountant sees the photo beside the entry and fixes it before approving. Teach a rule once and it is used next time.

Zoho Books, ERPNext, Odoo, Ethicfin, Fujishka Cloud and Polosys Cloud. Each one connects by API, and entries post there after your accountant approves.

When the same bill arrives twice, for example from the driver and then the branch manager, it is booked once and the second copy is flagged. The same photo sent again is caught too.

Yes. A purchase return or credit note is booked as a supplier credit against the right supplier, with the VAT reversed, instead of a new bill.
