For accounting firms
Bookkeeping for many clients, straight from their WhatsApp groups
BookMyBills lets an accounting or bookkeeping firm collect bills from each client's WhatsApp groups, review them for every client company in one place, and post them to that client's own accounting software. Each client's data stays separate, and pricing is per client company.
What changes for the firm?
- No more chasing bills by email. Client staff send bills in the WhatsApp group they already use with you.
- One review queue per client. Each entry waits with its photo; your team checks, fixes and approves.
- Posting to the client's books. Zoho Books, ERPNext, Odoo, Ethicfin, Fujishka Cloud or Polosys Cloud, each client with its own connection.
- Questions asked in the group. When a bill is unclear, BookMyBills asks the client's staff as a reply to that bill.
- Every client kept apart. Each client company has its own data, books connection and users.
Who built it?
BookMyBills is made by OpenArabia, the Riyadh accounting firm behind the books of 120+ companies. We built it for our own bookkeeping clients first, then opened it to other firms.
Common questions
What happens when it isn't sure?
It asks in the WhatsApp group, as a reply to that bill. The entry waits under Needs answer until someone replies. It never guesses and posts.
Can it post to the right branch or project?
Yes. Each WhatsApp group can be a branch, and every entry carries its branch and cost centre. Each company is kept fully separate.
Is my data safe?
Only the people you add see it: accountants review and approve, owners see everything, branch staff only send on WhatsApp. Each company's data is kept apart, and BookMyBills never pays, never transfers money and never messages anyone outside your own groups.
Is it for accounting firms too?
Yes. Accounting and bookkeeping firms use one login to review bills for many client companies, each kept separate. Firm pricing is per client company.
