How to choose
- Bills arrive on WhatsApp from branches or sites: pick a tool that reads them there, so staff change nothing.
- Arabic and ZATCA: make sure Arabic tax invoices and the QR code are read, not just English receipts.
- Approval: nothing should post to your books before a person checks it.
- Your accounting software: the tool should post into the system you already use, with the photo attached.
- Duplicates and returns: the same bill from two people, and supplier credits, should be caught.
